- 80% coverage for basic services - 6 month waiting period
- 50% coverage for major services - 18 month waiting period

- No waiting periods for any services
- 100% coverage for preventative services
- 50% coverage for basic services 1st year, 65% 2nd yr, 80% after 2nd yr
- 10% coverage for major services 1st year, 40% 2nd yr, 50% after 2nd yr
- Orthodontia coverage

- No waiting periods for any services
- 100% coverage for preventative services
